Prices include GST. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified after an order is placed, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.
4. Multi-brand marketplace
SmartLoka is a multi-brand marketplace. Brand, seller and warranty are shown on each product. SmartLoka is the seller for Stoic products. For other brands, the seller is as displayed on the product page. For products sold by third-party sellers, the seller’s name, address and contact for complaints are shown on the product page and the invoice.

An order is accepted when we send a confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if there is a pricing or other error.
6. Payments, EMI and COD
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Credit-card EMI is available on 12 banks. EMI shown at 15% p.a. for illustration. Interest is set by your bank. Cash on delivery is available only for orders at or below ₹20,000.

To the extent permitted by law, SmartLoka’s liability is limited to the value of the products ordered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
